Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These terms apply to the Qummo iOS app. By using Qummo you agree to them. If you allow a child to use Qummo's child mode, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian.
1. What Qummo is (and isn't)
Qummo is a family routine and habit tool designed to help children complete daily routines with visual steps, timers, and positive reinforcement. It is a wellbeing and organisation tool, not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or therapeutic advice for ADHD, autism, or any other condition. Always consult qualified professionals for clinical questions.
2. Accounts and set-up
Qummo requires no account. Adult areas (routine editing, settings, purchases) are protected by a grown-up PIN that you set. You are responsible for keeping that PIN from your child.
3. Subscriptions
- Qummo offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Qummo Premium") — monthly or annual, with a free trial where offered. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Family Sharing is supported.
4. AI-generated content
Some optional features generate routine suggestions and short encouragement messages using AI, with layered child-safety filtering. Suggestions are starting points for a parent to review and edit — you remain responsible for the routines you activate for your child.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse engineer the app, circumvent the parent gate or purchase mechanisms, or use the service in any unlawful way.
6. Intellectual property
Qummo, the Qummo mascot, and all app content and design are our intellectual property. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your Apple devices. Content your family creates in the app belongs to you.
7. Warranty and liability
Qummo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using the app and cancel any subscription.
